A Closer Look at SoldFlow: Features and Roadmap
People hear "it auto-prints your labels" and think that is the whole app. Fair, it is the headline. But the printer is one room in a bigger house. Here is a proper look around, plus where the roadmap points next. (We are keeping a few tricks up our sleeve for the beta crew to discover, but this is the shape of the thing.)
The printing engine
The core promise: every sale captured the instant it closes, whether it came from an auction, Buy It Now, an offer, or a giveaway, and labels that print themselves only once a win is actually paid. A failed charge prints nothing, so you never eat a label for a ghost. You choose the shape of it: one label per item, one buyer tag per box, or both, with filters for exactly which sales auto-print. SoldFlow speaks to the thermal printers live sellers actually own, from little 29mm tag printers up to 4x6 shipping stock.
The Label Maker
Labels are fully yours. The built in designer shows your label at true scale while you drag and drop text, QR codes, images, borders, and graphics, in whatever size fits your printer. Every element can pull live sale data (the winner, the item, the price, the buyer number, your show name and notes), so the label that prints during a show is the label you designed, filled in by the sale itself. Save your designs, keep a library of them, and test print until it is perfect.
Buyer profiles that build themselves
Every sale quietly feeds a profile: lifetime spend, order history, favorite products, and loyalty tiers that buyers climb as they keep coming back, folded together across every show and synced across your machines. When a regular drops into your stream, you know exactly who you are talking to, and who has earned a bonus pull.
The Goblin Tracker
Every show has its goblins, the ones who lurk all night, snag the freebies, and never tap buy. SoldFlow counts them, remembers them, and flags the moment one finally cracks and becomes a customer. Know who to bait, who to reward, and who just crawled out of the cave. It is the feature nobody asks for and then nobody can live without.
Analytics, as they exist today
Straight answer, because feature pages love to blur this: today SoldFlow covers the revenue side of your business, computed from your own history, on your own machine. What actually sells and for how much, how each product performs over its lifetime, who your best buyers are, and how your giveaways land. Numbers you can sort and search, not vanity dashboards.
Make it yours
The customization goes past labels. SoldFlow ships three themes, Dark (the default), Light, and Semi-light, and switching restyles the whole app live, no restart. Readability controls let you bump text size and contrast on the panels you watch mid show, because a packing station is not a reading nook. And nearly everything is a toggle: the app bends around your setup, not the reverse.
Built to not lose your show
- Crash resume. If your machine reboots mid show, SoldFlow restores it: buyer numbers, the sold list, the giveaway tally. You pick up exactly where you left off.
- Your data stays yours. Everything lives on your own machine, and your machines sync with each other directly over your local network. No cloud account required, ever.
- Updates that respect show time. New builds download quietly in the background and install when you exit, never mid show. And a lapsed license never bricks the app during a live show; you just stop receiving new builds.
What is coming next
The roadmap, plainly labeled as the roadmap:
- Financial analytics. The groundwork is already in the app. Where we are headed is the reporting: profit per show, fee breakdowns, payout tracking, and trends over time, so the app that knows your revenue starts telling you what you actually kept.
- Charts. The numbers deserve pictures: product performance and buyer trends over time, not just tables.
- Deeper customization. More themes, more label magic, more of the app shaping itself to your workflow.
- And a few things we are not announcing yet. Beta sellers will find them first.
A roadmap is a direction, not a promise with a date. We ship things when they are solid, because this app runs your live show, and "mostly works" is not a feature.
FAQ

Windows 10/11 desktop, built to run beside your show on the machine you already sell from.
Does my buyer data live in the cloud?

How customizable is SoldFlow?
Very. Fully designable labels, three live switching themes, readability controls, and per feature toggles throughout.
What financial analytics exist today?
Today: the revenue side, what sells, for how much, and who your best buyers are. Profit, fee, and payout reporting is on the roadmap, and the groundwork is already in the app.
